After finishing the course I got access to a whole bunch of jobs listed on your website and got three offers of employment. I accepted the second one I applied to as it seemed to be the best fit for me as far as the job and the location I was looking in. I did not have any previous experience in the industry but I had the Certified Manager course and that clinched it.

The course covered important areas such as building operations, maintenance procedures, safety awareness, tenant relations, and the responsibilities expected of a professional building manager. The training was clear, useful, and directly connected to real workplace situations.

Hello again guys, you asked me to let you know when I got a job after taking your courses. Well I’m very happy to say I am starting on Monday at a nearly new place in Tsawwassen in Delta. The job was advertised on your job board and it said it had a pool and other amenities so I’m glad my worker paid for that pool course as well because I think that clinched it for me. I just started my job as a community manager last week that I found on your jobs page and am very much enjoying it so thanks a bunch. It’s just like a Residential Manager job. Its a large complex and I am based in the office responsible for all the contractors and cleaners and dealing with all the tenants that come in to the office with questions and requests. My property manager even said I could live on site if I wanted to but right now its very easy to go to and from work as I don’t live far away. Thank you again for providing the two courses to me and for the certificates. I have them both hanging in my office at work.

Thank you for providing the new job listings on your site every week. I finished your Certified Managers course about 2 and a half years ago and have been very happy in my job ever since. I figured it was time for a change and a new challenge so I took your Pool course a couple of months ago and just got a new job in a 140 suite condominium site in Richmond that has a pool so I am very happy to put the skills I learnt to use in this job. .
